当前,中国的产业基础能力建设应着力于支撑和促进产业现代化。基于产业技术创新能力和产业公共服务能力两个维度构建包含28个基础指标的产业基础能力评价指标体系,采用熵值法计算2003—2017年中国277个样本地级市的产业基础能力指数,并进一步运用核密度估计法、莫兰指数、σ收敛性检验等方法分析样本整体、三大地带、六大区域和六个城市群产业基础能力的时序演变、分布动态、空间相关性及收敛性,结果表明:在样本期间,全国及各地区的产业基础能力明显提高,但分布特征各异;各省份产业基础能力具有显著的空间自相关性,但大部分省份属于低—高集聚和低—低集聚,产业基础能力及扩散带推动效应有待提高;总体上看各城市间产业基础能力的绝对差异和相对差异逐渐扩大,呈现明显的分化趋势,其中,经济发展水平较高地区的发散性趋于弱化(或趋于收敛),而经济发展水平较低地区的发散性趋于强化。因此,不仅要大力提升产业技术创新能力和产业公共服务能力,还要优化产业空间布局,缓解地区间产业基础能力差异扩大的趋势,打好产业基础高级化、产业链现代化的攻坚战,进而有效推动产业现代化。 相似文献

The purpose of this article is to validate a measurement scale of international entrepreneurial capability (IEC) across cultures. Firm-level survey data from exporting firms was collected from China and South Korea to evaluate the cross-cultural invariance of the scale of IEC. The configural, metric, variance, and covariance invariance of an existing IEC scale across Chinese and South Korean samples of export firms suggest that firms in emerging markets with different cultures and with different characteristics can use the IEC scale to evaluate relationships between IEC and various outcomes. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis study investigated the crucial innovation capability factors of an exposition in creating visitors’ mindfulness, and examined the effect of visitors’ mindfulness on memory formation and patronage intentions in the food exposition context. To test a conceptual model, a survey was conducted targeting participants in an international food exposition held in Busan, South Korea. The data from a total of 371 visitors were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis. The results reveal that product-, environment-, and promotion-related subdimensions of innovation capability in a food exposition enhance visitors’ mindfulness. In addition, visitors’ mindfulness builds strong memories and patronage intentions with regard to food expositions. The study findings enrich our understanding of the innovation experience of exposition visitors and the role of mindfulness in the food exposition context. Innovation sourcing has become more critical across many industries. As global value chains have become more fragmented, change and opportunity comes from all sides. As a result, companies need to excel at capturing innovation opportunities with existing and potential supply chain members. This article describes a simple framework with three essential innovation sourcing capabilities needed to excel in purchasing: (1) Purchasing needs to explore unmet needs and anticipate future competitive advantages by working closely with other functions and clients; (2) it needs to explore external opportunities beyond first-tier suppliers; and (3) it needs to involve suppliers in innovation projects that consistently deliver results over time. Our framework has been developed based on a combined qualitative and quantitative research methodology that takes into account practices and results at the purchasing and company levels. The framework will help C-level managers and purchasing teams benchmark their progress in innovation sourcing and understand what steps need to be taken to achieve excellence. 相似文献

This study investigates the influence of generational diversity management and the quality of leader–member exchanges on innovative work behaviors, mediated by employee engagement. A group of 1839 employees at Indonesia’s largest telecommunications company, which represents three generations – Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y – participated in the study. The results suggesting that employee engagement strengthens the influence of quality in leader–member exchanges, and diversity management leads to positive innovative work behaviors. Generational diversity, leader–member exchange, and innovative work behaviors are lowest among Gen Y, but are highest among Gen X. Employee engagement peaks in Baby Boomers. 相似文献
